Open to both consumers and builders alike, the 2006 Southern Building Show in Atlanta will feature a huge exhibit area and two showcase homes incorporating the latest and greatest in new building innovations and Earth-friendly products. For builders and consumers seeking the latest tips and trends in residential construction and remodeling, the Southern Building Show is a must-attend event. The 13th annual show will be held at the Cobb Galleria Center in Atlanta, GA from June 8-10, with the exhibit area being open on Friday and Saturday (June 9-10).
In addition to over 450 exhibits, the show also features tours of two showcase homes including one new construction project and one renovation project. The “new” home is a luxury 7,000 square foot custom home by Dennis McConnell in Virginia Highlands. The “renew” home is a high-end remodeling project in Buckhead by Joe Maddox. Both projects have been built to EarthCraft specifications for air quality, energy efficiency and the use of renewable resources.
