Gold Systems, Inc, an independent provider of voice-powered solutions has engaged in a contract to supply voice applications to CIGNA International, the European division of the CIGNA Corporation, one of the worlds leading healthcare providers.
As part of an ongoing services and technology review, CIGNA International has identified that the implementation of voice applications will be beneficial to both the customers and staff at CIGNAÂs customer service centre in Greenock, Scotland.
