Lean System 7®, a Revolutionary Fat Burner from iSatori Technologies, Voted #1 by UltimateFatBurner. com

The premier consumer review website for nutritional supplements, UltimateFatBurner. com, recently announced that its visitors rated iSatori Technologies' Lean System 7 number one in the fat-burner category.

Golden, CO (PRWEB) May 14, 2007

The premier consumer review website for nutritional supplements, UltimateFatBurner. com (http://ultimatefatburner. com (http://ultimatefatburner. com)), recently announced that its visitors rated iSatori Technologies' Lean System 7 (http://www. isatoritech. com (http://www. isatoritech. com)) number one in the fat-burner category!

"The most common questions about fat burners presented to UltimateFatBurner. com are, 1) what is the BEST fat burner, and 2) which one really works?" shares the founder of UltimateFatBurner. com, Paul Crane. "I've had the opportunity to try Lean System 7, and I found that it worked far better than most ephedra-free products."

The site states, "...some products are definitely better than others, but there is only one I recommend on a regular basis. That product is Lean System 7. First, I like the fact that iSatori guarantees Lean System 7, and second, Lean System 7 is one of a handful of products that has a real, credible double-blind, placebo controlled study validating its effectiveness."

UltimateFatBurner. com openly solicits customer feedback for those who have tried fat burners, and Lean System 7 faired exceptionally well with customers as well.

Lean System 7 is a proprietary formula, comprised of seven fat-burning ingredients, which was evaluated in an eight-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial (the "gold standard" of studies) and published in the peer-reviewed scientific journal, NUTRITION. In the groundbreaking study, those using Lean System showed an increase in their basal metabolic rate (BMR--the body's primary fat - and calorie-burning system) up to 43%, which equates to burning an extra 930 calories per day.

Even more promising, participants using Lean System 7 lost up to 19 lbs and reduced their waist and hip circumferences by up to 4.5 inches, which is simply phenomenal, considering those dreaded "problem areas" are the hardest (and last) parts of the body to lose fat. What's more, with no adverse effects reported, Lean System 7 was proven to be just as safe as the placebo (which was rice flour).

Stephen Adele, president and CEO of iSatori, responded, "It is an honor and privilege for Lean System 7 to be chosen number one in our class by consumers. We are proud to be recognized as a true leader in our class of 'fat burners,' especially given the wide array of choices on the market today. Such recognition fuels us to continue to strive to develop our supplements with the same integrity as Lean System 7. All are scientifically tested for their effectiveness and, equally important, proven safe to use on a daily basis."

Global Methyl Methacrylate Market to Reach 2.9 Million Metric Tons by 2015, According to a New Report by Global Industry Analysts, Inc

Global Methyl Methacrylate Market to Reach 2.9 Million Metric Tons by 2015, According to a New Report by Global Industry Analysts, Inc.

GIA announces the release of a comprehensive global report on Methyl Methacrylate markets. The global market for Methyl Methacrylate is forecast to reach 2.9 million metric tons by the year 2015. Key factors driving market growth include increased demand from electronics sector, and surging demand from developing markets, including Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Middle East. Other factors propelling market growth include growing popularity of polymethylmethacrylate resins in automobile, home appliances, lighting, construction materials, signboards, and LCD applications.

San Jose, CA (Vocus/PRWEB) January 18, 2011

Automotive and construction/remodeling applications represent over 80% of world Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) consumption. Since auto and construction industry are shaped by economic conditions, MMA demand closely follows general economic trends. As the automotive and construction industries were severely hit by the recession in recent times, the MMA market also slumped significantly during 2008-2009. Demand for MMA declined considerably in all the matured markets including the US, Europe, and Canada during 2008-2009. However, despite the slowdown, demand for MMA stood positive across all the developing regions including Asia-Pacific, especially China, Latin America and Middle East.

The electronics sector in Asia-Pacific has been a major growth driver, steering growth in the MMA as well as Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) resins markets in the region. PMMA is largely used for various electronic applications especially in liquid crystal displays and flat screen displays. Demand for PMMA in the electronics sector grew robustly until 2008. However, during 2009, deferred consumer purchases of computers and television sets led to a steep fall in demand for PMMA. The rapid capacity expansions and healthy growth in various Asia-Pacific countries for PMMA electronic applications as well as for surface coatings in Middle East, Africa and Eastern and Central Europe are likely to offset the decline or moderate growth of MMA market in the US and Western Europe.

Asia-Pacific dominates the world Methyl Methacrylate market, as stated by the new market research report on Methyl Methacrylate. Surging at a compounded annual growth rate of more than 4.0%, the Asia-Pacific region also represents the fastest growing regional market for MMA. Factors contributing to the growth in the region include growing demand for MMA from various electronic applications including thin-film transistors for liquid crystal display (LCD) screens, notebook monitors, and flat screen computers. The US and Europe represent other major markets for MMA.

In terms of end-use segments, Acrylic Plastics and Resins represents the largest as well as fastest growing segment for MMA. Surface Coatings constitutes other major end-use segment, with MMA consumption projected to reach 397.4 thousand metric tons by 2012.

Increasing demand for polymethylmethacrylate resins (PMMA) represents a major growth driver for MMA market globally. With excellent shatterproof properties, PMMA is a better substitute for glass and is thus largely used in the construction industry. On the other hand, persistently rising LCD market is the other major growth driver for the worldwide MMA market. Demand for MMA has been increasing with the growth in production of plasma display panels (PDPs). Relocation of the production bases represents one of the major trends in the MMA market. Manufacturers are increasingly relocating MMA production to lower cost regions such as Asia and Eastern Europe to tap the demand in these regions. Several producers announced capacity expansions or new plants in view of the supply shortage worldwide. China, Thailand, Singapore and the Czech Republic are emerging as preferred production sites for major companies.

Major players profiled in the report include Asahi Kasei Chemicals, BASF SE, Evonik Degussa GmbH, Evonik Cyro LLC, Formosa Plastics Corp., Kuraray Co. Ltd., LG MMA Corp., Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co. Inc, Mitsubishi Rayon Co. Ltd., Lucite International Ltd, Mitsui Chemicals Inc., and Sumitomo Chemical Co. Ltd., among others.

The research report titled “Methyl Methacrylate: A Global Strategic Business Report” announced by Global Industry Analysts Inc., provides a comprehensive review of the MMA markets, impact of recession on the markets, current market trends, key growth drivers, recent industry activity, and profiles of major/niche global as well as regional market participants. The report provides annual sales estimates and projections for Methyl Methacrylate market for the years 2007 through 2015 for the following geographic markets - US, Canada, Japan, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Latin America. Key end-use segments analyzed include Acrylic Plastics and Resins (Cast and Extruded Sheets and Molding Powders and Resins), Surface Coatings, Impact Modifiers, Emulsion Polymers, Mineral-Based Sheets, Higher Methacrylates, Polyester Modifiers and Others. Also, a seven-year (2000-2006) historic analysis is provided for additional perspective.

Rocco states: "It's [VersaClimber] always an uphill climb -- no pun intended -- and this time was no different." And while he was climbing 4,000-5,000 feet each night, he was also working to get into events. The 47-year-old finished 145th on the money list in 2009, which meant he wasn't exempt. Had a plan for that too.

In addition, Rocco does make his prime-time dramatic debut Thursday night in the "Long Ball" episode on "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation."

VersaClimber, made in USA for 30 years, is the only total-body, vertical, non-impact, cardiovascular exercise machine on the market. Unlike all other cardio trainers such as treadmills, ellipticals, steppers and spin bikes, the VersaClimber actively engages all major muscle groups at one time, in a smooth, upward climbing motion--resulting in highest, most effective fat and calorie burn in the least amount of time, proven by past studies.

The Pirates Are Coming

The Pirates Are Coming

Collectively we seem to have allowed ourselves to be lulled into thinking of the most dangerous pirates as being “out there“. The most troubling pirates, the ones that are most likely to destroy your life, are the lies you tell yourself. The number one lie is that you need to be most worried about the pirates “out there“. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! The process of focusing on the wrong pirates has lead to MASSIVE devastation in peoples lives.

Cary, IL (PRWEB) November 18, 2005

We are focusing on the wrong pirates.

Dr. Mike Davison

There is a lot of talk of pirates these days. The images on television were very real and very frightening. It has emphasized the idea that the enemies that we most need to protect ourselves from are external from us.

Yes, collectively we seem to have allowed ourselves to be lulled into thinking of the most dangerous pirates as being “out there“. The most

Troubling pirates, the ones that are most likely to destroy your life, are the lies you tell yourself. The number one lie is that you need to be most worried about the pirates “out there“. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! The process of focusing on the wrong pirates has lead to MASSIVE devastation in peoples lives.

On a personal level the pirates are people pleasing, procrastination, a lack of vision for your life, playing it safe, being defensive, making excuses, and blaming others for your problems. RADICAL RESPONSIBILITY is the pathway to destroying your personal pirates. The pirates that will devastate your life are not out there. They are within you.

To boil it down, the pirates that will destroy your life are your thoughts. This may sound shocking. This may sound controversial. It is quite ingrained for most of us to see the pirates as being “out there”. But it is our thinking.

“It is just one cigarette". That pirate will at minimum devastate your health.

“My spouse will never know". That pirate will destroy your marriage.

“I really want this new car”. That pirate can ruin you financially.

“My kid will rebel if I say no". That pirate will cause unintended pain and misery for you and your child for years to come.

The sooner you realize the real pirates that will rob your quality of life, the sooner you can get on the road to RADICAL RESPONSIBLY. Our thoughts are the pathway to access to our hearts, health, marriages, families, and financial life. The pirates are able to get in when we are not paying attention. They slowly sneak into your life. The worst pirates use the element of surprise. They are subtle.

As human beings we will never cease to have personal problems. However, we can RADICALLY reduce them by practicing RADICAL RESPONSIBILITY. That means focusing on the right pirates. Pogo

Got it when he pronounce, “I have met the enemy, and he is I”. Cervantes got it, when in his novel Don Quixote was fighting “windmills” - a metaphor for “imaginary pirates“. Emerson and Thoreau got it when they wrote on developing self reliance. Socrates cautioned us too when he declared that “The unexamined life is not worth living”.

Make a commitment to conquer the real pirates. Make a commitment to RADICAL RESPONSIBLY.

Commit to personal reasonability.

Responsibility FOR yourself.

Responsibility TO others.

Honor your commitments. Not doing so allows the pirates in.

Screwing up is not what is catastrophic, not taking reasonability for it is.

That which you acknowledge closes the pathway for the pirates to further get into your thoughts and mind.

How do you uncover the real pirates? Stop having your dominant focus be on the world out there. Stop. Slow down. Pay attention. Ask yourself the right questions. Ask yourself what you have neglected or avoided in your life. Ask yourself what difficult conversations you have evaded. Ask yourself what dreams you have abandoned. Ask yourself about your health practices, your primary relationships, the decision you are

Making in your life.

Amour up for the real battle. Fight the real pirates. Remember pirates sneak up. We think they blitz attack, but it is only because we don’t see them coming. It is because we are looking in the wrong place - out there. Don’t let the pirates slowly build pathways into your life. Remember the main road is your mind - your thoughts.

Start focusing on the pirates who stand to create the most damage to your life. Become a practitioner of RADICAL RESPONSIBLY. Remember, there is a war out there. But the war that will dismantle your quality of life is waged by the pirates you allow on the pathway to your life through your thoughts.

Reports Show Surge in Prescription Tranquilizer Abuse

Reports Show Surge in Prescription Tranquilizer Abuse

Dependence on central nervous system depressants, including prescription sedatives and tranquilizers, have risen substantially in the last decade

Canadian, OK (PRWEB) August 23, 2005

Last month the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University (CASA) reported that more than 15 million Americans abuse prescription drugs. The survey indicated that from 1992 to 2000 the number of new tranquilizer and sedative abusers increased by more than 125 percent.

U. S. Senator Joseph Biden (D - Delaware) issued a statement last week regarding the report saying, “This CASA survey should be a wake up call to those who believe that recent reports of reduced rates of teen drug use are an excuse to reduce funding for drug prevention and enforcement programs.” Senator Biden is the Ranking Member of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Drugs.

Also in the last few days, news stories have surfaced that rapper Eminem was admitted to a hospital for treatment of Ambien abuse. The drug is a prescription sleep aid that is classified as a hypnotic tranquilizer.

Tranquilizers and other sedatives are categorized as central nervous system (CNS) depressants and have a high potential for abuse. These are drugs that simply slow down the nervous system and are often prescribed for anxiety or insomnia. Other types of CNS depressants include Valium, Xanax and Librium.

“We need to have drug education curriculums in our school systems every year to start making a huge impact,” said Luke Catton, who is a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor and supervisor at Narconon Arrowhead. “Having worked in the prevention field for several years, many of the teachers I come in contact with are desperate for workable solutions to keep their students off of drugs. As a nation we must implement drug education programs for every year of school, not just a few semesters or special programs.”

Between 1992 and 2002 the number of substance abuse treatment admissions reporting tranquilizers as the primary drug being abused increased by 79% according to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services AdministrationÂ’s (SAMHSA) Treatment Episode Data Set. There were 32,800 additional treatment admissions where tranquilizers were the second or third drug of abuse.

In addition, the Drug Abuse Warning Network (DAWN) reported that controlled substances were implicated in nearly 30 percent of drug related emergency room deaths in 2002.

As if the abuse of the prescription drugs alone arenÂ’t enough, the CASA survey also reported that teens who abuse controlled prescription drugs are much likelier to use alcohol, marijuana, heroin, ecstasy and cocaine, compared to teenagers who did not abuse prescription drugs.

Organizations like Narconon Arrowhead are dedicated to eliminating substance abuse throughout the country through effective programs.

Narconon Arrowhead is the largest rehabilitation and education program in the international network of Narconon® centers that covers over 120 programs in nearly 40 countries and growing. The organization uses a drug-free approach and does not advocate the use of prescription drugs in the addiction treatment process. It is also one of the largest and most successful facilities in the U. S. and it attributes its effectiveness to the application of American author and humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard.

Lowering Health Insurance Member Disenrollment Can Generate Up To $100 Million In Incremental Revenue For Health Plans

Lowering Health Insurance Member Disenrollment Can Generate Up To $100 Million In Incremental Revenue For Health Plans

New Research Demonstrates That Small Gains in Member Retention Yield Substantial Financial Return

Orlando, FL (Vocus) February 11, 2009

Market research conducted on behalf of ConnextionsHealth has demonstrated that health insurance plans can significantly improve revenue generation by establishing initiatives that specifically address member disenrollment. A host of economic factors are currently driving unprecedented membership losses at most health insurance plans.

Results of a proprietary study conducted by a leading management consulting firm show that a "typical" health plan with 50,000 individual plan members and $600 - $650 million in annual revenue can generate approximately $100 million in incremental revenue, as a result of lowering disenrollment rates. These results were achieved by lowering their disenrollment rate of existing members by only 5%, and of new members by only 10% over a two-year period.

In the research study, health plans that achieved those levels of improvement in their disenrollment rates all applied differentiated member retention initiatives with similar characteristics, including:
analysis of issues that arise during different stages of a member's tenure, tailored response to specific member segments, by geography, product, age, etc., identification of issues likely to generate a disenrollment event, incorporation of individual member preferences, with respect to method, frequency and choice, and ongoing collection of key member data as the foundation of pro-active and re-active tactics designed to address disenrollment.

Details on this new research, as well as other valuable market insight on the subject of member retention will be presented at the World Congress Leadership Summit on Member Retention for Health Plans, scheduled for March 18-19 at Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando.

Co-sponsored by ConnextionsHealth, the agenda for this first-of-its-kind forum will feature presentations from leading consulting and research firms, including McKinsey, Gartner and Forrester. The distinguished faculty for the Summit includes several health plan executives who will share insights and best practices on member retention, including Steve Nelson, VP of Consumerism and Retail Marketing at Highmark; Ingrid Lindberg, Chief Experience Officer at CIGNA; John Cheng, VP of Strategic Marketing at Aetna; Nickolas Stam, former SVP at BlueCross BlueShield of Florida; and Steve Auerbach, who recently left his EVP role at UnitedHealth Group to serve as President of Connextions Inc.

Through interactive workshops, best practices showcases, keynotes from recognized authorities and panel discussions, attendees will learn how to build, apply and measure member retention strategies designed to yield results similar to those in the new research on the impact of disenrollment programs. Employers in Russia Fight Rear Guard Action

Employers in Russia Fight Rear Guard Action

2006 was set from the start to be a good year for job-seekers, but at the cost of employers. The simple fact is that virtually all companies are expanding and there are not enough good people to satisfy the demand. This has two results: employers either compromise on their requirements, i. e. find candidates with less experience, from another industry or discipline or with lower academic standards alternatively go head to head with other companies and compete with benefits – cash and non-financial.

Moscow (PRWEB) August 24, 2006

This year, 2006, was set from the start to be a good year for job-seekers, but at the cost of employers.

Many employers enter the market for talent blissfully unaware that it is already becoming a battlefield. This is a war fought by stealth and subversion rather than heavy artillery. Those companies who can react quickly and get an offer on the table will beat counteroffers by being the first to make a decision. This policy can backfire though; the charismatic, I might suggest slightly overbearing, owner one of our well-known Russian clients met a prospective employee from a FTSE100 company for a top level Finance Role. The meeting had taken months to arrange with careful courting and grooming of the candidate. The owner proclaimed amidst much triumph after 30 minutes of chitchat that the candidate was the man for the job and made an offer. It was a great offer, but a bridge too far for somebody safely ensconced in his plush offices in Central London whose first trip to Moscow had certainly been en eye-opener!

Most examples are more down to earth. Companies entering the market are desperate for ready trained staff. The easiest way to hit the deck rolling is to steal somebody else’s trained staff. Paying a 25%-50% premium for somebody is still cheaper than spending 6-12 months developing and investing in him or her. Your company will be vulnerable if you are not paying a reasonable market salary, and this constantly changing (usually upwards – unless your chosen profession is a driver!). You are slightly more secure if you are paying a performance related package with a good bonuses or commission structure, in these instances the only people who will be tempted away are staff who are average or below average performers. This then becomes self-policing and there’s a viewpoint that it’s even healthy to keep a certain level of staff turnover, particularly in a sales / commercial environment.

Employees are beginning to appreciate that if a company has to pay an unnecessarily high salary to attract somebody there may be a reason for this. The big payers are usually those companies who have to compensate for being smaller, less well known, less successful or new on the market. Big brand names with significant presence can afford to be less generous with cash rewards but generally have far more to offer by way of non-financial incentives. Those small to medium size companies still operating in the grey / semi legitimate way are losing staff as it’s difficult to get a bank loan if your stated salary is only $200 per month! Also one day the tax authorities will catch up in the end. With a 13% tax rate why would the employee want to take the risk, and from an employers’ point of view it’s plain ridiculous.

There is no end in sight for the overheating of the candidate market. I maintain it’s more conservative than pre-1998 but it’s certainly putting pressure on employers to make quick decisions, get their compensation and benefits policy tuned to the market, and retain good staff. Nobody is safe out there. Wear your flack jacket.

Recruiting Up Slightly in 2010

Recruiting Up Slightly in 2010

The 2010 BenchmarkPro survey results found 93.4 percent of organizations are actively recruiting personnel. This is up from 91.1 percent reported in 2009.

Kansas City, KS (PRWEB) October 28, 2010

Companies across the country are slowly beginning to recover and are looking for new talent to support their gradual economic comeback. The 2010 BenchmarkPro survey results found 93.4 percent of organizations are actively recruiting personnel. This is up from 91.1 percent reported in 2009.

To recruit new employees, organizations use a variety of methods. Advertising on the internet is the most prevalent at 81.1 percent, with newspaper advertising following at 63 percent. Employee referral programs and job fairs are utilized by over 54 percent of organizations. Nearly half of companies report using internet resume databases in recruiting new employees, while over 30 percent use sign-on bonuses or trade and professional association advertising.

"Even with the high unemployment rate, finding the right candidate to fill a position can be a long and difficult process for many employers," said Amy Kaminski, director of marketing for Compdata Surveys, the nation's leading compensation and benefits survey data provider. "Because having experienced personnel on staff will be vital to the success of companies recovering from the recession, recruiting the right personnel early on will provide companies with a competitive edge."

The popularity of recruiting methods differs by industry as job fairs are used by 75.6 percent of hospitality organizations. Companies in healthcare and banking and finance follow at 70 and 64.2 percent, respectively. Job fairs are utilized in the insurance industry at a rate of 51.6 percent. Manufacturing companies use them the least, 42.5 percent.

Recruiting trends also vary by region as sign-on bonuses are used by 38.7 percent of organizations in the Northeast with the Southeast following at 33.8 percent. Companies in the West offer sign-on bonuses at a rate of 32.7 percent, while those in the South Central use them at a rate of 32.3 percent. Midwest respondents report utilizing sign-on bonuses to recruit new personnel at a rate of 26.8 percent.

About the Survey
BenchmarkPro 2010 contains cross-industry data on over 300 benchmark job titles. Data was collected from nearly 4,000 employers reporting for almost 15,000 locations across the country. Reliability, Cost Effectiveness Make RadarFind the Tracking System Choice for Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center

Reliability, Cost Effectiveness Make RadarFind the Tracking System Choice for Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center

Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Southern New Jersey's premier regional tertiary care teaching medical center, recently chose the RadarFind Real Time Location System (RTLS) to boost its efforts to enhance patient care, reign in costs and improve infection control throughout the hospital. Our Lady of Lourdes is part of Catholic Health East, one of the nation's largest not for profit health systems.

CAMDEN, N. J. & RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N. C. (PRWEB) November 27, 2007

The simplicity of RadarFind's installation, its ease of use and its ability to provide real-time status information about medical equipment throughout an entire hospital made this asset and patient tracking solution stand out from competitors, hospital officials said.

"This system will enable us to manage our equipment and monitor patient throughput more effectively and efficiently, benefiting patient care and hospital operations," said Alexander Hatala, president and CEO of Lourdes Health System. "It became quickly evident that the design of RadarFind's solution was guided by doctors and former hospital administrators who clearly understand the dynamics of hospital operations."

RadarFind also is more affordable to install than other systems, allowing hospitals to see a rapid return on investment. For example, less than a year after installing the RadarFind system, Wayne Memorial Hospital, a 316-bed facility in Goldsboro, N. C. was able to reduce equipment purchases by more than $300,000.

The Simplest Solution is the Best Solution

"RadarFind did their homework by spending considerable time actually listening to potential hospital customers and performing test trials encompassing entire hospitals--not just clinical zones," said Louis Bianchin, senior analyst from Venture Development Corporation. "Rather than using technology intended for wireless data transmission to capture location information, RadarFind elected to develop their RTLS platform with more cost-effective hardware and better accuracy. Sophisticated antenna-based technology and system components that plug into almost any AC outlet result in a simple solution that most hospitals can afford."

RadarFind's unique platform technology overcomes the limitations associated with typical RFID and WiFi solutions. Designed to seamlessly integrate with existing hospital infrastructure and operations, RadarFind requires no new wiring or ceiling and wall penetration. And unlike many other systems, RadarFind operates independently of a hospital's critical IT network.

The RadarFind system can provide room-level accuracy with no need for ongoing calibration. Readers that plug into existing electrical outlets avoid interfering with hospital operations and staff processes since there is no need to close off patient rooms during installation. Moreover, the intuitive software is simple to use and easily accommodates hospital staff skill levels.

Actionable Intelligence: The RadarFind Edge

Where many other systems provide information only about a device's location, RadarFind's intrinsically safe, programmable asset tag goes a step further by alerting staff to the device's status: available, in-use or needs cleaning/sterilization.

"Recent studies demonstrate that environmental surfaces, including mobile medical devices and computers, are a route for transmitting infectious diseases," comments Vincent Carrasco, M. D., chief medical officer for RadarFind. "By using RadarFind asset tags to track and identify mobile medical devices in order to document effective cleaning, hospitals can better address and control infection rates."

"The RadarFind system was designed specifically for the hospital environment and can scale to accurately track thousands of assets and patient encounters in the largest hospital system," said RadarFind's CEO Terry Kane, M. D. "Working in concert with our hospital customers, our ongoing technology development generates inherent flexibility to economically meet the unique demands of even the most complex hospital facility."

About RadarFind Corporation

RadarFind Corporation, a healthcare technology company, offers a unique, patent-pending Real Time Location System that uses a platform technology for tracking medical equipment and patients. Specifically designed for hospitals, the RadarFind RTLS system seamlessly integrates with existing hospital infrastructure and operations, while functioning independently of a hospital's critical WiFi system. RadarFind is based in Research Triangle Park, N. C. For more information please call 1-877-RADARFIND (723-2734) or visit www. radarfind. com.

"We're very encouraged by the interest shown already in the 2010 Bio-IT World Best Practices competition," said Dr. Kevin Davies, editor-in-chief of Bio-IT World. "We've received dozens of entries so far, and hope that the deadline extension will allow many groups to wrap up their submissions and give added opportunity for other teams to pull an entry together."

Established in 2003, this prestigious awards program is designed to recognize outstanding examples of technology and strategic innovation--initiatives and collaborations that manifestly improve some facet of the R&D/drug development/clinical trial process.

The awards attract an elite group of life science professionals: executives, entrepreneurs, innovators, researchers and clinicians responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions for streamlining the drug development and clinical trial process. Bio-IT World's distinguished peer-review panel of judges has reviewed almost 400 entries in the program's history, with last year's 70+ entries and 10 awards breaking all previous records.

Entries will be accepted in nine categories: Basic Research & Biological Research; Drug Discovery & Development; Clinical Trials & Research; Translational Medicine; Personalized Medicine; IT & Informatics; Knowledge Management; Health-IT; and Manufacturing & Bioprocessing.

The 2010 winners will receive a unique crystal award to be presented at the Best Practices Awards dinner on Wednesday, April 21, 2010, in conjunction with the Bio-IT World Conference & Expo in Boston. The 7 track event is designed to be highly interactive with lectures, panel discussions, and various receptions as a way to facilitate networking opportunities and hear differing views and perspectives on poignant issues facing the industry today.
