SkyWorld Interactive, a Boston area interactive services firm, announced today the hiring of fomer executive team of The Screen House, a Boston based interactive strategy, design and development firm.

New hires are a strategic move towards building a more versatile interactive services firm

Stoneham, Mass. (FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE) –SkyWorld Interactive, a full service web design and development firm, announced today the addition of Gilles Bérubé as Director of User Experience, and Jim Hazen and Paul Twitchell as senior consultants. All three executives were formally with The Screen House a Boston based interactive strategy, design and development firm.

Gilles Bérubé, Director of User Experience.

Gilles bring extensive experience in strategy, creative design, architecture and user experience the SkyWorld. Previously, as Project and Creative Director of The Screen House, Gilles was responsible for developing the interactive strategy and applying it to the overall creative vision and user experience for each project. Gilles integrated understanding of large scale planning, and user interface design was applied to each project for clients such as the Harvard Business School, IKEA, and Boston Consulting Group.

Prior to joining the company in 1997, Gilles was a project manager and exhibit designer at Design+ Communication, Inc., a museum design firm in Montreal, Canada. Before that, Gilles worked as an architect for three years contributing to several award winning projects in one of Canada's most important architecture firms.

Gilles holds a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Québec, and a BA in Architecture from the University of Montreal.

Jim Hazen, Senior Consultant

Jim brings to SkyWorld over a decade of experience managing client relationships, building corporate and consumer brands and implementing integrated marketing initiatives. As Account Director of The Screen House Jim provided invaluable support and direction to client partnerships by managing client accounts and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives for clients that included Imark Communications, The Boston consulting Group and Cambridge SoundWorks.

Prior to join The Screen House in 2000, Jim was vice president at HMS Partners, an integrated marketing communications firm, where he was responsible for directing the strategy, marketing and brand identity development for Huntington Banks of Ohio.

Jim holds a BA in Communications and Business Administration from DePauw University and a MFA in Management and Marketing from Yale University.

Paul Twitchell, Senior Consultant

Paul brings to SkyWorld over 15 years of marketing and new business development experience in both the traditional and interactive media industries. At The Screen House, Paul was responsible for initiating and nurturing client relationships. His primary responsibility was developing new business relationships as well as creating brand identity and brand awareness for The Screen House. His efforts resulted in the company landing such name brand clients such as Paramount Pictures, Osh Kosh Bgosh, Airwalk, Boston Consulting Group, IDG and Hasbro.

Prior to joining the management team at The Screen House, Paul worked for the Phoenix Media/Communications Group, Inc., in the broadcast media and newspaper divisions as a

Marketing and business development executive; he was a founding member of a subsidiary, Tele-Publishing International (TPI). Working closely with TPI's clients in the newspaper and radio industry, Paul developed the marketing programs, the information architecture, and the user experience for the company's interactive voice mail services. In six years, Paul helped grow TPI from a three-person start-up to worldwide industry leader. Before TPI, he worked for The Boston Phoenix, WFNX and Eastern Exclusives (now Digitas).

Paul received a BS in Communication Studies and Speech from Emerson College in Boston.
