RISKWATCH INC. ANNOUNCES THE FIRST SECURITY MANAGEMENT SERVER FOR E-BUSINESS

Annapolis, Maryland: RiskWatch Inc. today announced the first security management server for E-business. Called the “RiskWatch CSO Server™” the new system enables centralized security management within and across enterprises. The new server is expected to play a major role as business and government agencies gear up to meet the challenge of “critical infrastructure protection.”

“Managing security is the number one challenge in today’s environment,” said Caroline Hamilton, President and founder of RiskWatch Inc. “The new RiskWatch CSO Server™ offers a scalable, secure and customizable solution for E-business and for government,” she added.

The RiskWatch CSO server™ is designed to meet all government and international standards for security management, including British Standard 7799 that will become an ISO standard in November. The server supports a wide variety of industries and sectors such as banking and finance, health care (including new HIPAA regulations), E-business, global Internet applications, government, military and defense, energy, transportation and education (schools, colleges and universities).

RiskWatch’s security solutions available on the CSO Server™ include solutions for physical security for organizations and industries, and cyber security to assure E-commerce. RiskWatch’s security risk assessments and auditing capabilities help decision-makers rapidly identify security vulnerabilities and implement solutions before disaster strikes.

“This is the hi-tech way to get effective security in place and assure that managers and decision-makers are always on top of their security profile,” said Dr. Stephen Bryen, CEO of RiskWatch and former Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Trade Security Policy. “The RiskWatch CSO Server™ helps organizations protect sensitive and

Proprietary information and meet all government and international security requirements,” he said.

The RiskWatch CSO Server™ will be managed and maintained by RiskWatch, Inc., and will host RiskWatch’s “Security Applications Suite”™ of web-based security management tools, which clients will access and use for a monthly fee. In addition, the RiskWatch CSO Server™ can be licensed for corporate and institutional use on privately run intranets and wide area networks.
