"Cup of Joe" Supports Troops and the Angels who Serve Them
In honor of 9/11 and those who fight to keep something like that from happening again, Green Beans Coffee is running a matching effort on its “Cup of Joe for a Joe” project. For each dollar spent purchasing a “Cup of Joe” for the troops from midnight September 10, 2010 to midnight September 12, Green Beans Coffee will donate $1 to Soldiers’ Angels.

The Cup of Joe project allows anyone, anywhere in the world, to say thanks to the troops through the simple act of buying a cup of coffee online and having it delivered along with their own personal note of encouragement into the hands of a deployed Soldier. Soldiers’ Angels (http://www. soldiersangels. org) and Green Beans Coffee have been partners for several years, with Green Beans donating thousands of tons of coffee for Soldiers’ Angels to send to deployed troops, and Soldiers’ Angels gladly spreading the word about the Cup of Joe program.
