The project consists of 8 buildings totaling 72,414 SF, and was 53% occupied at the time of purchase. It is located on Johns Creek Parkway north of McGinnis Ferry Road in Johns Creek, GA north of Atlanta. The purchase price was $7,700,000. Health Care REIT out of Toledo, OH was the Seller, and was represented by Colliers Appeit Womack, Inc. out of Houston, TX. John Harrison and Paul T. Aase represented Roberts Commercial.
This is the first of a string of planned acquisitions by Roberts Commercial who has put in place an acquisition model to take advantage of current market conditions. Roberts Commercial is targeting office, medical office and anchored retail properties throughout the Southeast and plans to acquire $100 million in property over the next 18 to 24 months.
