The SCOOTER Store Partners with Bravo by Elder Health To Expand Mobility Benefits for Texas Members

Power Mobility Equipment Will Be Provided For Texas Members In Need of Mobility

The SCOOTER Store and Bravo by Elder Health, a Medicare Advantage Program, have announced they will be partnering and providing power mobility equipment (http://www. thescooterstore. com) to more than 3,500 members in Texas. The contract will offer mobility equipment to the health plan's Texas members in need of mobility assistance.

Under the partnership, Bravo by Elder Health members can obtain their power mobility equipment such as electric scooters and power wheelchairs from The SCOOTER Store. The Medicare Advantage process allows beneficiaries to use a private health plan, such as Bravo by Elder Health, while Medicare makes payments to the private health carrier.
