Woman Auctions Naming Rights to Cat

American Pop artist, Dawn Okoro, is auctioning naming rights to her 8 month old kitten with a starting bid of nearly $2000.

Austin, TX (PRWEB) December 19, 2005

Ebay has enabled sales that would be impossible in any brick and mortar store. In fact just this year, online casino GoldenPalace. com has purchased a grilled cheese sandwich with the face of the Virgin Mary, a giant Frosted Flake, and naming rights to several unborn babies.

American Pop artist, Dawn Okoro, is auctioning naming rights to her 8 month old kitten with a starting bid of nearly $2000. Okoro claims that the feline was found starving and at that time she took the cat into her home and nursed her to health. Okoro states that she has simply been unable choose a name for the cat. Okoro says, "The only restriction that I have is that the winner can not name my kitty anything mean, slanderous or obscene."
