RfXcel's Raw Materials and Ingredients Traceability System provides a comprehensive supply-side traceability solution, providing forward and backward tracking of materials, ingredients, and products. The Traceability Suite provides sophisticated online search and reporting features with real-time alerts and notifications. This enables users to quickly identify which products have been affected by a recall, where the products are in the supply / distribution chains, and contact information for the affected products and locations. A wide range of integration options is provided, including SAP-certified integration capability, EPCIS Capture / Query Interfaces, and integration with rfXcel's Serialization Processing System to manage serialization hierarchies. Comprehensive support is provided for GS1/EPCglobal standards including GTINs, SGTINs, and GLNs, to enable smooth processing of data scanned from barcodes and RFID tags. CFR 21 Part 11 support includes secure access, change control with audit trails, and optional X.509 digital signatures for inbound and outbound transactions.
