The New York Health Care Alliance (NYHCA), a network of 48 sub-acute care and rehabilitation facilities located in the New York metropolitan area, announced the launch of a new contract with Energy Curtailment Specialists (ECS), the largest administrator of electricity demand response programs in the United States.
