On Saturday, June 25, 2005 100 Black Men of Long Island will be present the100 Black Men Mean Business Minority Small Business Expo. The mission of the 100 Black Men of Long Island, Inc. is to improve the quality of life within our communities and enhance educational and economic opportunities for all African Americans. We are part of an international, not-for-profit organization, The 100 Black Men of America, Inc.

On Saturday, June 25, 2005 100 Black Men of Long Island will be present the100 Black Men Mean Business Minority Small Business Expo.

The mission of the 100 Black Men of Long Island, Inc. is to improve the quality of life within our communities and enhance educational and economic opportunities for all African Americans. We are part of an international, not-for-profit organization, The 100 Black Men of America, Inc.

Our chapter is actively engaged in four community-based initiatives under our national program theme, “Four For The Future”. These programs are: Health & Wellness, Education, Mentoring, and, Economic Development. 

As a part of our economic development initiative, the Long Island chapter will conduct a public, one-day exposition for minority small business owners. Our theme is, “The 100 Black Men Mean Business” will include Franchising Information, Procurement, Employment Opportunities, Supplier/Vendor Partnerships, Small Business Development, Business Seminar, Commercial Lenders, and Human Resource Recruitment.

The Minority Small Business Expo will be held at Adelphi Univ. (Ruth S. Harley University Center) Garden City Campus 1 South Ave., Garden City, Long Island 11530.

The Expo will begin at 10:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM. The 100 Black Men Mean
