Milford, CT (PRWEB) October 20, 2006

“I have hit a milestone birthday (the BIG 50) and what a good time to look back at the last ½ century of my life. It’s been an interesting journey. I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on your past fitness and food choices. As Ed Koch, Mayor of New York used to say, “How am I doing?” Well, how ARE you doing? (Be honest) Are you struggling with an overweight, rusty body (as one of my clients says) and less energy than you would like? Research continually proves that EXERCISE is the Silver Bullet we are searching for, the FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH we crave. If you are ready to turn back the clock and gain youth and vitality, let’s talk. You can be younger next year!” remarks Linda T. Gottlieb, F. I.T. Training, President.
