Home mothers steadily grows across the country, so it is true for mothers of color, especially African-American mothers. Although far less than half of African-American mothers stay at home, a growing percentage is abandoning the paid work force and choosing instead to join the ranks of at-home mothers in suburbia, small towns and bustling metropolises. Mommy Too!, the first web magazine for at-home mothers of color speaks to these moms.

Launched on October 15, 2003, Mommy Too! Magazine is a monthly online publication complete with a new cover each month, cover lines and full color pages with uniquely designed article and essay titles and bylines.

Mommy Too! Magazine's primary goals are encouraging mothers to actively pursue their personal interests as well as supporting at-home mothers of color by understanding the unique role in their communities.

Articles, essays and monthly columns focus on motherhood, lifestyles, health, home, learning and work-at-home advice and resources.

Although Mommy Too! is a web magazine designed for mothers of color, all mothers regardless of race are welcome to participate, subscribe and write for Mommy Too! magazine.
