PCI Animal Health and Medical Supply recently named Clay Cass as its National Sales Manager and Leslie Goldfarb as a field representative for the North Jersey region. Cass will oversee PCI’s sales force, maintaining the highest professional standards as PCI continues to expand its reach throughout the marketplace. Goldfarb will be providing enhanced services to PCI’s existing customers as well as expanding its reach into this important region.

Cass comes to PCI with over 20 years in the animal health industry, with particular expertise in inventory management, practice consulting, and compliance. He’s held key positions at PVP and MWI, and most recently was the Northeast AAHA MARKETLink Liaison and Territory Manager for MWI. Cass holds a BS in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech.

Cass says helping PCI’s customers to stay informed about products and issues in the animal health industry is key to sales growth. “It’s our responsibility to help our customers choose the right product at the right price. It’s more than just selling – it’s ongoing education about business practices, regulatory issues, and other elements that affect their practices,” Cass observes. “My goal is to have our customers think of our sales professionals as their advocates.”

Goldfarb comes to PCI with close to 20 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, having held key sales positions at Pfizer and Pharmacia. Winner of multiple sales awards, Goldfarb credits her success to her relationships with both community physicians and key opinion leaders. “Strong, consistent sales growth is all about strong, consistent relationships,” says Goldfarb. “You have to take the time to understand your customer’s needs and interests and I am excited about the opportunity to begin this process with PCI’s base of veterinarians.”

“We’re very pleased to have professionals of this caliber join our expanding sales team,” says Robert Zeide, CEO of PCI. “Clay’s hands-on knowledge of the industry will ensure sound, proactive leadership. And Leslie will bring her long-standing customer-focused approach to our animal health market.”

New Jersey-based PCI Animal Health and Medical Supply serves independent veterinarians throughout the U. S. with 8,000 products from leading manufacturers. PCI is a member of the American Veterinary Distributors Association.
