Upgrade of FieldACE PDA Inspection/Compliance Management Software

Potomac-Hudson Engineering, Inc. announced the release of version 3.0 of its Environmental Health & Safety Compliance Management Software. FieldACE is a computerized inspection program that eliminates paper checklists and significantly reduces data entry time increasing productivity. FieldACE reports help companies comply with OSHA, NFPA, JCAHO, EPA, FDA and other regulatory agencies.

The program consists of two modules: the management software that resides on a desktop personal computer (PC) and the handheld device with the associated inspection software. The desktop module is a Windows-based application used to set up inspection schedules, and to analyze and report the status and results of inspections. Inspectors can download scheduled inspections on the handheld unit. Completed inspections are then uploaded from the handheld units to the management module for reporting and data manipulation.

By eliminating the data entry process, FieldACE allows the user to focus more on their enviornmental, health and safety job, increase their productivity and efficiency.
