Business Association in Denver Invites Award-winning Author of ColorAlchemy to Provide Motivation to Energize Performance and Stimulate Success Using the Color Red

Over one-hundred business owners learned the secrets of how the color red helps seize opportunities and motivate persistence.

Rooted in Newtonian and quantum science, ancient spiritual and healing traditions, and clinical studies, color therapy provides time-tested results for mind, body, and spirit wellness (http://www. pr-promopro. com/Media/Ideas/spirit. php). The award-winning book ColorAlchemy (http://www. coloralchemy. com/), by Jami Lin teaches people how to harness a daily color to make improvements in their lives.

BHS, the association of professional, business owners in Denver, Colorado experienced how red helps motivate business success. "Incorporating a little red in your office motivates getting down to business with a roll-up-your-sleeve attitude," said Lin. "Start you week with a red mind set and get up and seize opportunity." "Red strengthens Monday, the get-up-and-go day. Red is the color for greater physical vitality, stamina and strength."

"Following the sequence and simplicity of a rainbow, linking the essential, seven attributes of all human need and desire is as easy as remembering the days of the week." "No professional color therapy (http://www. coloralchemy. com/) required, just simple-to-incorporate habits. By merely thinking about the color of day and its respective attributes, the ultimate goal becomes automatic. The mind instantly calls upon the color attribute that is needed, and with its conditioned benefits, favorably shifts any circumstance."

Practicing is ColorAlchemy is easy; integrate color in the conscious mind by strengthening red attributes such as vitality on Monday. Tuesday, creatively incorporate more orange for pleasure. Command yellow on Wednesday for confidence. Trust green on Thursday for deepening love. Focus on blue on Friday for clarity. Connect with indigo on Saturday for awaking intuition and find inner peace with violet on Sunday for spiritual connection. "Automatically, the 7 Days and 7 Colors easily convert into 7 Triumphs."

As Lin presented ColorAlchemy, she suggested that the audience incorporate the other aspects of red to holistically support business through all life aspects. Red represents the root chakra, which is located closest to the ground at the base of the spine. Associated body parts include bones, spinal column, arms, legs, feet, teeth, nails, anus, prostrate and adrenal glands, and the immune system.

People who are weak in the red color tend to have problems with health and concerns about money. They tend to live-in-the-clouds with less security and stability in their lives. A lack of red is also indicated by a lack of common sense, insecurity, and instability, as well as a lack of responsibility or physical vitality.

People lacking in red tend to have problems with their weight, including obesity, anorexia nervosa, and bulimia. They may also find problems with hemorrhoids or constipation, as the red root chakra partially centers on the anus. It is also centered in part on bones and extremities. A lack in red can also be indicated by sciatica, arthritis, and knee problems.

Red brings about warmth to cold areas and can improve circulation. Red color can help heal cancer, heal wounds, and dry up a runny nose. Use red to bring pain relief to warm cool areas or to bring about physical stamina. Beware of using too much red if prone to high blood pressure.

Relief can be brought to these areas by breathing in the color red. With eyes closed, meditate for two minutes on the color red, or on red objects, while taking deep breaths. Envision a healing red ray of light entering your body.

Surround in the power of red by wearing red clothing, adding a red pillow or throw, changing a cell phone background or computer screen saver, or using red dishes at meals and snacks. Store vitamins or pills in red containers.

Excessive red brings about hyperactivity, aggressiveness, impatience, and food addictions. People are also obsessed with material objects, sex, violence, alcohol, and compulsive cleaning. To balance these problems, use green, which is the complimentary color based on the color wheel. Techniques are similar as to when adding red.

People healthy in the root chakra have good survival instincts and adequate physical energy. They feel balanced and stable in their lives. They live in the moment and can get the job done.
