Kinexus wants to streamline their daily batch report generation process which is proven to be time-costly and not scalable. There also is a need to better integrate their SMS (Subscriber Management Solution) software with the reporting engine as any single change to SMS records results in regeneration of the whole report batch.
Emirca will design a dynamic report and hierarchical tree generation engine in the back-end to feed the web front-end. This new system will be able to automatically refresh, based on updates made to SMS records and the reports will be generated upon request in realtime. Emirca will also engineer a performance enhancer allowing most frequently requested reports by individual users to be automatically generated in parallel as a separate process upon a userÂ’s login.
