Commercial Texas LLC, a leading Austin-based commercial real estate services firm, announces representing LabNow Inc., developers of a Point-of-Care diagnostic system for HIV/AID(S) patients, in the lease of their 5,700-square-foot Austin center. LabNow, which recently received $14 million in funding, is opening its new office at Barton Oaks Plaza II in Austin, Texas.

LabNow, based in Austin, has developed the LabNow System to conduct healthcare-related diagnostics at the point-of-care. The company will begin marketing a first-of-its-kind test, CD4Now, which will rapidly and accurately assess CD4 counts on HIV/AIDs patients to determine their response to antiretroviral therapies.
