The Classic Condominiums, Stamford’s exciting luxury condominium conversion, recently received six Big "W" awards from the Advertising Club of Westchester (ACW) for its advertising campaign. The awards were presented to Cara Martin, Inc., the advertising agency for The Classic, at the ACW Big "W" 2006 awards gala held at Tappan Hill in Tarrytown, NY.

The Classic Condominiums, Stamford’s exciting luxury condominium conversion, recently received six Big "W" awards from the Advertising Club of Westchester (ACW) for its advertising campaign. The awards were presented to Cara Martin, Inc., the advertising agency for The Classic, at the ACW Big "W" 2006 awards gala held at Tappan Hill in Tarrytown, NY.

Six different components of The Classic’s advertising campaign each won an award. The magazine ads won two bronze certificates. Its bus shelter "quotes" campaign took the silver award, as did The Classic’s website. The outdoor banners developed for the property each received a silver award. The unique Neighborhood Guide for new residents took home a gold certificate.

The campaign created by Cara Martin successfully communicates the Classic’s positioning as "simply the best address" in downtown Stamford. The Classic is a unique and distinctive condominium within the Stamford residential market, providing sophisticated urban living in a full-service building.

Print and on-line materials reinforce the image of The Classic as urban and exciting.
