Company Appoints New Board Members to Oversee Accelerated Strategic Growth

In addition, the company has re-organized its executive team to better position the company for aggressive growth.

About John Malone
John Malone has served in a number of leadership roles with a strong emphasis on driving rapid organizational growth. Mr. Malone has achieved high levels of success in a broad range of organizations which vary from a Fortune 100 company, to a mid-cap, to the founding of a brand new start up.
Mr. Malone has been engaged with Digital Sandbox since August 2007 as a Special Advisor to the Board. Most recently Mr. Malone was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development for NeuStar from January 2003 to April 2007. Mr. Malone was accountable for the revenue side of Neustar’s business both as a private company and then as a NYSE company. NeuStar’s revenue grew from $80+M in 2002 to in excess of $420+M in 2007 under Mr. Malone’s leadership
Prior to NeuStar, Mr. Malone was the CEO and cofounder of BizTelOne which was started 2001. He also served as the President of the Commercial Systems Group at Universal Systems Inc.
Mr. Malone has a B. S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

David Ellison is an innovative Chief Executive with a twenty-five year track record of developing and implementing rapid growth strategies and providing visionary leadership in delivering strategically critical products and services that enable sustainable competitive advantage while achieving operational excellence and outstanding business results. Extensive experience in all facets of business operations including strategy and planning, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, product development, customer support services, IT and Administration.
Mr. Ellison’s experience ranges across broad industry sectors including Aerospace, Defense, Infrastructure Technologies, Software Services, Financial Services and Telecommunications.
In his most recent position, Mr. Ellison served as President and CEO of Era Systems, growing the company from a nearly bankrupt entity to a leader in surveillance technologies. Other management positions were held at CA, iLumin Software Services and Primark / Disclosure.
Mr. Ellison received his B. S. in Finance and Accounting as well as his B. S. in Computer Information Systems from George Mason University.
