Cha spoke at the March 25 Intelligent Health conference, one in a series hosted by the Galen Institute, about electronic health records and Web 2.0 technology.

“Today, technology allows companies to reduce health costs by connecting the plan sponsors, plan members and provider community in an interactive healthcare system,” Cha said. “This virtual social network allows all entities to work together towards better health and higher member compliance.”
