Numerous changes to health plans become effective on the first plan year beginning on or after September 23, 2010, or January 1, 2011 for calendar year plans. Topics to be addressed during the webinar include:
 Defining parameters of grandfathered plans, exemptions and requirements  Plan amendments based on eligibility status, lifetime limits, annual limits, pre-existing condition exclusions  Plan amendments based on tax-advantaged medical accounts (e. g.
