Prescott College’s Ripple Project needs to fill two full-time AmeriCorps VISTA positions for the coming school year, beginning in either August or November. VISTA is a federally funded program which provides employment and service opportunities for individuals 18 year and older. Applicants for the Prescott College positions must have a college degree and/or skills and experience with Service Learning, Volunteer Management, Curriculum Design or another relevant field. Compensations and benefits includes a $10,000 a year living allowance as well as a $4725 education award or a $1200 cash stipend upon completion of service.

The Ripple Project provides scholarships, networking and referral services, organizational workshops, fundraising support, and service-learning initiatives to the college community. Both students and faculty at Prescott College use the services of Ripple to develop independent studies, senior projects, extracurricular programs, among other projects, and to incorporate service-learning across every discipline of the school.
