Dental Health Associates of Madison, Ltd. (DHA) is currently celebrating their 40th year of service to Madison area families by building long-lasting relationships and providing their patients with the best dental care available. DHA announced that it has selected Denticon, dental practice management software (http://www. planetdds. com/Denticon_Home. aspx) from Planet DDS, to manage its multiple location practice information.

DHA has four convenient locations around the Madison area that reflect the geographic distribution of its patients. With a long history of serving their patients and the community (starting back in 1969), DHA is also actively supporting a number of local charities such as; American Family Children’s Hospital, Hospice Care, and the new Gilda’s Club.

In order to stay focused on its patients and community, DHA needed a dental software (http://www. planetdds. com) application that makes running its daily operations more manageable and less time consuming. “In selecting practice management software, we decided to go with web-based software from Planet DDS because of its centralized functionality,” said Andy Fabian, Executive Director, “The scalability of the Denticon application fits nicely with our business model and supports the 65,000 + patients we serve, along with the 28 dentists and 250 employees dedicated to these patients.”

In addition to simplifying management processes with Planet DDS’s Denticon software, DHA has selected to outsource certain administrative tasks with Planet DDS’s Virtual Business Services. “The ability to access the data from all four of DHA’s locations anywhere in the world allows our team of stay-at-home receptionists to perform a number of services virtually, online,” said Clark Caflisch, VP of Sales at Planet DDS, “For example, we can ensure that all of their patients’ insurance information is accurate and current, giving DHA’s in-office staff more time to spend on customer service.”

Richard Lee, CEO at Planet DDS said, “Scalability, price structure, and access to outsourced services make Denticon web-based software an ideal solution for group practices. We are excited to service DHA’s software needs and look forward to working with such an impressive organization.”
