Urgent Care Centers, Inc. is a new company formed by experienced healthcare service company entrepreneurs. It was a wholly owned subsidiary of Physician Partnerships International, LLC. The principals of the Company have over 25 years experience establishing and operating a number of "niche" healthcare companies.

According to Randy Tibitts, CEO of Urgent Care Centers, Inc., "The Cirrus Group is an excellent fit for our new company. Everyone is now into "retail" urgent care. This leaves the neighborhood medical office buildings to us. The Cirrus Group appears to us to be the leader in the market for this type of facility." He goes on to say, "According to statistics available on the Urgent Care Association of America's website, (www. ucaoa. org) only approximately 11% of the current urgent care centers in America have imaging capabilities other than regular x-ray. Many of ours will house 64 slice high speed CT scanners, ultrasound and other imaging modalities."

Urgent Care Centers, Inc. will operate walk-in medical clinics as ImMEDiate CARE and Diagnostics.

The first centers will open in Ohio, Texas, Oregon and Georgia 1st Quarter 2007.
