I-enroller Breaks Carrier EDI "Black Box" by Delivering Simple Spreadsheets and Data-spray Options for its Clients

Innovative benefits enrollment solution from i-enroller delivers secure, electronic enrollment information to carriers without the hassles of EDI.

Alpharetta, GA (PRWEB) May 30, 2006

When you think about the electronic open enrollment process, the first thoughts are how secure is the data and how can Personal Health Information (PHI) be safely submitted to carriers while adhering to HIPAA requirements. When employees access the i-enroller site to begin enrolling, they are entering into a secure session using 128-bit encryption process to transmit the data, insuring all data is protected.

At the end of enrollment, i-enroller facilitates the secure transfer of data to the respective carriers. We do this through the use of easy to manipulate and commonly accepted Excel spreadsheets. These spreadsheets can simply be loaded directly from our secure site into a HRIS or carrier system with little or no edits. In instances where carriers are unable to accept electronic enrollment files, i-enroller provides the ability to data spray the enrollment information directly onto a carrier-specific form and submit all enrollments via paper directly to the carrier for processing. Thus, providing employers the ability to use electronic enrollment no matter the carrier's file transfer requirements.
