PhD Computing Boosts Monarch HealthCare's Web Capabilities

PhD Computing, a southern California-based full-service web development company, recently completed an extensive technological expansion of the web site for Monarch HealthCare, a medical group of over 1900 independent Orange County physicians in private practice.
Owned and operated by doctors who believe in the "patients-first" philosophy of health care, Monarch is dedicated to practicing medicine the way it was meant to be. To improve both the efficiency of its website for Monarch employees and for the company's patients, Monarch enlisted the services of The Triad Group, a prominent Orange County-based marketing, advertising and design firm.
"Our task was to improve the functionality of their web site, and to make the online experience more dynamic for their patients and other visitors," said Steve Kaufman, President of the Triad Group. "We took charge of the redesign, and we brought in our IT Partner, PhD Computing, to handle the expansion of the site's technological capabilities, and the task of integrating that technology into the client's operation."
PhD Computing added a back-end administrator and a content management system, to allow Monarch to better control the content on their public web site. PhD also provided facilities for the company to store the information they collected on their web site in a database, and extended the site's reporting purposes into the human resources area for managing job openings.
