Advertising Company Expands with State-of-the-Art Editing Platform
RIO RANCHO, N. M. (PRWEB) November 3, 2005
Edit House Productions, LLC has expanded its equipment platform with the installation of a third video editing system. This system is the fastest computer available for media production. It allows faster, more complex digital video editing through a Power Mac G5 operating system with dual, water-cooled, processors. The system will run the most advanced high definition (HD) Final Cut Pro software on the market and operate on a 1:1 compression ratio.
It will also expand Edit House Productions, LLC’s capacity for custom music composition, DVD authoring, and provide a full range of 3-D animation software.
The Power Mac G5 is the world's fastest personal computer and the first with a 64-bit processor - which means it breaks the 4 gigabyte barrier and can use up to 8 gigabytes of main memory. The new G5 processor - available with a new ultrahigh-bandwidth system architecture - makes the Power Mac G5 a breakthrough in desktop processing power, according to Apple.
The G5 and Final Cut Pro are becoming the choice of theatrical movie production as well, as directors choose the greater flexibility of the hardware/software platform. Recent movies edited on the Final Cut Pro software include “Corpse Bride”, “Intolerable Cruelty”, “Oceans 11”, “Napoleon Dynamite”, “Open Water”, and “The Rules of Attraction”.
